The Dutch Biomass Certification Foundation (DBC) aims to promote and accomplish certification of small forest owners in North America.

DBC has developed a Stimulation Program as a framework for activities that support reaching DBC's objectives.

DBC was established under the Covenant ‘Duurzaamheid Biomassa’ (Biomass Sustainability) of the Dutch Energy Agreement.
Organization
DBC is governed by an Executive Board representing energy companies and environmental organizations that have signed the Covenant.
